Another big moment for Tellennium!
When we founded Tellennium in 1999, TEM meant telecom expense management. Companies like ours were built primarily to help enterprises manage traditional telecom services and associated expenses.
Our goal was simple: help clients understand what they’re paying for, identify unnecessary expenses, and assist in managing everything more efficiently and effectively.
Over time, enterprise technology environments have changed. The meaning of TEM also began to expand. Today, TEM increasingly means technology expense management, reflecting a much broader range of services, assets, and expenses.
Tellennium grew with that change. As our clients’ needs evolved, we expanded into managed mobility services and then utility expense management including utility bill management, an important capability that very few TEM providers have the capabilities to offer. More recently, we have continued our evolution with SaaS expense management.
We did not make these moves simply to add more services. We made them because we listened to our clients’ needs and continued finding new ways to serve them better.
Becoming an OPTRIC company is the next step in our journey.
OPTRIC brings strategic sourcing of carrier services, connectivity, cloud, and cybersecurity in addition to managed IT services (MSP), together through a more unified approach. For our Tellennium clients, this means more options, broader expertise, and the ability to address more of their technology environment in a connected way.
Of course, Tellennium is absolutely still here; our culture, our MoT platform, experience, and our dedicated commitment to our clients continues. And we now have more resources and capabilities, providing even more ways to help our clients succeed.
What began with a simple focus on telecom expense management has grown into a recognized industry leader in multiple categories, trusted by complex enterprises.
