Process large volumes invoices, perform coding allocations, and verify reconciliations all through our proprietary system MoT®. Manage and process payments in a timely manner by check or electronically. Communicate directly with providers, customers, and internal teams.
Technical Service Support
Perform moves, adds, changes, and technical support for wireline and wireless (mobile) services. Plan, manage, track, and execute technology projects utilizing our proprietary platform MoT®. Some positions are dedicated to either wireline or wireless services. Collaborate customers, providers, and internal teams. Insure all required actions are taken and communicated regularly with all parties.
Work as a business advisor and consultant to our customers, in a team environment, to audit, optimize, and develop solutions for our clients’ wireline and wireless services. Deep experience and excellent communication skills both written and verbal are a must.
