Due to the COVID-19 crisis, Tellennium is implementing our business continuity plan to help safeguard our employees and continue to fully support our valued customers. Our technologies are cloud native and specifically designed to securely support the continuation of business in such events. With the exception of manually processing of some invoices received via US Mail, all operations will be supported through remote work from home means. The plan includes minimization of any required physical group presence to support the manual invoice processing operation with no delay in processing times. Of course business travel has been placed on hold at this time.

While we are informing you of implementing our continuity plan, it is business as usual here at Tellennium. We are in full operation and here to continue to support you and your organization at the same speed, capacity, and high level of quality you’ve come to expect.
